FERUX MAIN
4 days a week. A 60 min lifting-focused program that feels a little like CrossFit & a little like bodybuilding. Optional short conditioning pieces are included.
POWer HALF HOUR
This dumbbells only program is great for anyone short on time or limited on equipment and space! Lots of tempo training, unilateral work and accessory programming to get you stronger in no time.
Long breathers
On Sunday's, members will see two aerobic, monostructual conditioning pieces to complete throughout the week as desired, this includes running, rowing, biking, usually for 30-60 minutes.
weightlifting
On Saturday's, members have access to an optional Weightlifting piece, to focus on the skill in the snatch & clean + jerk; a great total body workout.

On Saturday's we program an optional grinder-style conditioning piece that you would see in a classic CrossFit setting. Grab a friend, because we offer a Partner Variation, too!
